Amazon has designed a titanium alloy ring with a telephone function to meet people's comprehensive requirements for decorations and electronic products. Due to the high positioning of this product, it has very high requirements for the raw materials, functional structure and electronic circuits of the ring's outer surface.

Against this backdrop, a Taiwanese company approached us seeking a titanium alloy sheet solution. After a detailed needs assessment and on-site environmental evaluation, we discovered a high demand for titanium alloy raw materials. Our engineering team customized a solution and recommended our industrial TC4 sheet product. Through extensive rolling and hot stamping process testing and analytical research, our engineering team determined that thermal deformation stability was crucial. TC4 titanium alloy sheet material is characterized by higher strength and hardness, but lower elongation. To ensure the yield rate and dimensional tolerance stability of hot-working ring outer rings, the raw material for hot stamping ring outer rings, TC4 titanium alloy sheet, meets the following technical requirements: TC4 titanium alloy sheet, rolled, M-tempered, free of surface oxidation, spots, inclusions, and severe scratches; thickness tolerance 0.4±0.03mm; width tolerance ±0.10mm; flatness ≤0.5mm/100mm; tensile strength R m ≥900MPa (tensile rate ≤0.3mm/min); yield strength R p0.2 ≥850MPa (tensile rate ≤0.3mm/min); elongation A 50mm ≥10% (tensile rate ≤0.3mm/min); and hardness HV320-HV380 (load condition 10kgf/15s). The customer's use of our TC4 sheet has resolved the issue of hot stamping deformation, significantly improving processing efficiency and yield, and reducing production costs.

This TC4 thin plate developed for customer products provides customers with a solution to the problems of hot stamping deformation and low yield of the outer ring of the ring, meets customers' requirements for high quality and high efficiency, and ensures the high requirements for the assembly and outer surface of customers' new products.
